Hello from me, your new Practice Manager, plus how to join our PPG

Hi, I’m Gemma, the new Practice Manager. 

Over the coming months I’m getting to know the team and patients, improving how we communicate, and looking at ways we can keep the practice working as well as possible for everyone.

I’m also refreshing our Patient Participation Group (PPG). This isn’t a complaints forum or a place to discuss individual care, but a chance for patients to share general feedback, ideas and suggestions to help shape how the practice develops.

Expressions of interest will be reviewed on an ongoing basis to help ensure the group is balanced and representative of our patient population. I’ll also share updates and brief meeting summaries on the website and welcome new interest as the group develops.
