Welcome to the surgery of Dr Gerald Eko based at Darton Health Centre.  We aim to provide the best medical care with a personal touch.  We are always happy to recieve your comments and suggestions and their is a suggestion box in the reception area for this purpose.  You can also contact the Practice Manager, Mrs Jane Jones by email on practice-manager@gp-c85614.nhs.uk. 

Wheelchair access and toilet facilities for the disabled are provided at the surgery.

We are pleased to welcome new patients to register at the practice.  Call in at reception and complete a registration form for each person who is registering.  Please note that new registration forms must be signed by the person registering except in the case of a child under 16 when a parent or guardian may sign on their behalf.

If you are visiting the area and need to see a doctor we are able to offer temporary registration and an appointment.  Please telephone the surgery or ask at reception.

For emergencies arising at any time, telephone the surgery number.  If the surgery is closed a messsage will give you the option of being put through to the deputising service to request advice or a visit or to be put through to NHS direct who can help you to decide if you need to see a doctor.
